We are presently looking 6 Staff Nurses for our client Nursing Home based in Co. Cork, Ireland. Group Audit Manager required for multinational client based in Ireland.\n\nResponsibilities Internal Audit\n \n1. Provide a proactive, efficient and effective Internal Audit service to the Audit Committee, Board and Chief Executive that provides assurance that the Divisions and the Centre are adhering to their policies and procedures.\n \n2. Conduct audits across the Group to assure:\n \n• Reliability and integrity of financial and operational information\n \n• Safeguarding of assets\n \n• Prevention and detection of fraud, and\n \n• Compliance with laws, regulations and contracts.\n \n3. Investigate at the behest of the Board Audit Committee and Chief Executive, suspected wrongdoings and report findings and make recommendations on the appropriate course of action.\n \n \nExternal Audit:\n \n1. Consult with the External Auditors and ensure that there is effective communication on issues of mutual interest and concern.\n \n2. Coordinate internal and external audit activities.\n \n \nCompliance:\n \n1. Confirm that the Group and Business Divisions have effective risk management processes and adequate systems of internal control in place.\n \n2. Ensure that appropriate standards of corporate governance are applied throughout the Group.\n \n3. Meet the Assurance and Compliance requirements of the Audit Committee, the expectations of stakeholders in accordance with the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Audit.\n \n \nReporting:\n \n1. Report at least twice a year to the Audit Committee on audit activities.\n \n2. Provide reassurance to the Audit Committee on the adequacy and effectiveness of the Group’s systems of risk management, control and governance so as to enable them to discharge their responsibilities to the shareholders.\n \nPeople and Organisation:\n \n1. Act as a visible role model for the Group’s values.\n \n2.
