As Quality Manager the successful applicant will have full responsibility for all food quality and safety aspects of factory production and its environment, ensuring that all products meet customer and legal requirements.
To be customer facing when required in order to ensure all SLA are met.
To manage the quality team to ensure that the department is efficient and fully trained.
Design and maintain Quality management system
Co – ordinate HACCP activities
Support NPD system.Monitor hygiene + cleaning.
To monitor legislation regarding any new regulations and liaise with statutory bodies.
